RETURN POLICY
Conditions:
All sales orders are final. This means that all confirmed orders with complete payments details are non-returnable and non-refundable. On rare circumstances, we refund payments when we deliver the incorrect item. We cancel orders only when the confirmed order is not shipped.
Pinoy Shopping Mall only accepts returns when we deliver the wrong item, items with damages or defects within 3 days of receipt, otherwise, the Client will forfeit his request to return the item.
After reporting to Pinoy Shopping Mall office, the item must be returned in the original delivery condition along with the delivery receipt of the Client. The shipping charges for incorrect item delivered will be charged to Pinoy Shopping Mall. Items may not be returned or replaced in retail store outlets. You may send the requested return item through our official delivery service provider, i.e., Air21 or LBC. When we have received and processed the return item, we will then ship the replacement item.
In cases where we can not replace the damaged or defective item of the same exact item because of the limited availability stocks during that time, we will inform the Client to avail another item of his choice but not lower that the credited amount. If the price of the replacing item is higher than the amount he previously paid, the Client will settle and pay the additional balance.
