HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Shop
Shopping at PinoyShoppingMall.com is easy. There are three simple steps to finding the item you are looking for:
1. Browse the Home page, which displays the categories available and links to special offers. Click a category to see the selection of items available within that category. Click the item and you will see a detailed explanation of the item's features. Or, search for specific items by entering a brand name, an item description, or keywords in the "Search" window displayed on every merchandise page. You will be given a list of items that best match your search criteria.
2. When you find something you want to purchase, click "Add to cart." The number of items in your cart will be displayed at the top of the page. You can view or change the contents of your cart at any time by clicking "Cart."
3. When you're finished shopping, click "Next." You will be forwarded to the “Shopping Cart Summary” page for your review.
Review
After shopping, review the items that you selected in your shopping cart to verify and ensure the details of your order with the correct size, color, and quantity of each item. This will also display the total amount of your order when you check out your shopping cart. You can access your Cart any time during your shopping session.
Place Your Order
Adding Items in Your Shopping Cart
1. When you find an item that you would like to include in your electronic shopping cart, place the quantity and click the “Add to cart” button on the item’s product detail description page.
2. Click the “Shop More” button located in your shopping cart or simply click the “Pinoy Shopping Mall” logo that leads you to the homepage to continue shopping.
3. You may view the items of your shopping cart at any given time by clicking the “Cart” button at the top of the page.
4. When you are finished shopping, click the “Next.”
Modifying Items in Your Shopping Cart
1. Go to the Shopping Cart Summary page. In order to go the Shopping Cart Summary page, click on the “Cart” button located at the top of the page.
2. Do you want to buy multiple quantities, or select different options of an item in your shopping cart? Under the “Qty” column, click the “+” button if you like to add or “-“ button if you like to subtract the quantity of the items. If you want to remove an item, click the “-“ button until the quantity becomes zero or null.
Account Login
New Customers:
New customer will need to create a PSM account under “Create your account” at the “Log in” page. If you are a new customer having trouble logging in, try logging in as a returning customer. You may be subscribed to our newsletter and already have an account set up under your email address. To create a PSM account:
1. Click on the “My Account” link located at the top of the webpage.
2. Under the heading “Create your account,” enter your email address.
3. Create and confirm your password.
4. Click “Continue” to complete your account set up.
Returning Customers:
Log into your account using the same email and password used when the account was created. If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot your password?” link button and we will send you an email to send your password. If your email address is no longer valid, you may have to set up using another active email account.
Address
Enter your complete billing address. Your billing address must match the address details as listed with your credit card company. Be sure to uncheck “Use the same address for billing” if you are entering a different shipping address. Enter the shipping addresses for each particular item in your order.
Shipping
At the “Shipping” page, please check to the “Terms of service” if you agree and adhere to them unconditionally. Please check “I agree to receive my order in recycled packaging.” You may also avail the gift wrapping service offered by Pinoy Shopping Mall and customize your message to be gift-wrapped. Check the box and leave a message then, click “Next” to continue.
Payment
Payment option:
• Secured online payments using your credit card or debit card through PayPal or PayEasy*.
• Offline funding through G-Cash, Smart Money, Banco de Oro, Eastwest Bank, China Bank, Western U., Cebuana Lhuillier, and M.Lhuillier using PayEasy platform*.
*You must be a registered PayEasy member. Registration is free (https://www.payeasy.ph/).
(Note: Review all information you have entered. If everything is in order and correct, click “Next” to submit your order and payment with your preferred mode. DO NOT DOUBLE-CLICK OR THE SYSTEM WILL DUPLICATE YOUR PAYMENT PLACEMENT. Your credit card will be charged immediately upon order submission.)
An order confirmation will appear on your screen. We recommend printing out a copy of your order confirmation page for your personal records. We will notify you immediately when we have received your order for confirmation.
Order Status
If you wish to review an order that you’ve submitted, click your account name at the top of the webpage. Then, click “History and details of your orders.”
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All sales orders are final. This means that all confirmed orders with complete payment details are non-returnable and non-refundable. On rare circumstances, we cancel orders and refund only when the confirmed order is not shipped or when we deliver the incorrect item.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER
Once we have received and confirmed your orders, we are unable to make changes to an existing order.
WHAT IS AN “ORDER CONFIRMATION”
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order (“Order Confirmation”). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email confirming the shipment of your order (“Shipping Confirmation”).
